At Easter this year our President traveled to Spain in
trepidation, where he had the daunting task of formally
requesting Inmaculada Bernabeu Azañon's hand in
marriage. We understand hat originally Brian
popped the question while on a mini break (often known by
another name!) to San Sebastian. Inma was
so shocked there was an uncharacteristic 10 minutes silence
before she accepted. Inma hails from Ibi a small town 40
Kilometers east of Alicante high in the mountains where
traditionally Spanish toys are made.
On behalf of the board of MEC and its members we wish the
happy couple all the very best for their future life
together. It's a bit early yet but we hear
the pundits have their money on Spain as the honeymoon
destination.
